The three of us (Tom, Rebecca, and Nick) turned up at the beginning of the war in Ukraine to help the animals. At the time we had very little understanding of what we were going to do and how we were going to achieve it.

But we're still here so something has worked.

Over the years that we have worked together we have developed a great understanding of the shelter systems in Ukraine and a very sizeable 'black book' of who needs the help the most.

Armed with that we believe we have made a difference and we’re still there.

Not only that but we have been blessed to have on board Luda Khomenko who joined us in 2024 as the Director of K9 Rescue Ukraine. Fulfilling our search for a well-connected Ukrainian animal lover to help us direct at a more local level..

But none of it could be done without your help. We have the privilege of being there in Ukraine but it's you guys and your tireless efforts to donate to us that have allowed this to happen ... and without you it could not happen.
